McKinney was innate within June 26, 1959 in Ottawa, Canada. Still, he didn’t develop higher around Ottawa. Since his father was the diplomat, he did very much of traveling once he was immature. the bit of of the stores he lived when growing higher were Trinidad, Paris, Mexico, & Wa DC, in which he attended a boarding school. He began doing comedy by using a Loose Moose Theatre Company. There, Mark met Bruce McCulloch. Together it formed the comedy team known as, “The Audience.� At length, Mark & Bruce moved to Toronto, & met Dave Foley & Kevin McDonald. Dave & Kevin were in the run of forming the comedy company. Along using Scott Thompson, world health organization wound higher joining when coming to the stage indicate, & producer Lorne Michaels, the Children in the Hall (KITH) was formed within 1989.
